You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
  • Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
  • Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking
  • Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
  • Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
  • Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend

As a crucial member of the Mondelēz RGM team, your primary mission is to contribute to the achievement of profitable, predictable, and sustainable Revenue Growth. You will play a pivotal role in this journey through the following key responsibilities:

  • Activating & Supporting Western & Eastern Europe Countries: You will be responsible for activating and assisting countries in Western and Eastern Europe through proactive engagement or on-demand support. Monitoring quarterly progress will be essential to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Capability Development: Collaborating with the global team, you will focus on developing capabilities within the organization. This includes enhancing the skills and knowledge of our people and optimizing key levers such as Trade Architecture and Active Mix.
  • Community Animation: You will play a vital role in animating the MEU community by sharing best practices and fostering an outside-in perspective, which can lead to innovative revenue growth strategies.
What you need to know about this position:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within an international environment, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Functional Expertise: A broad functional understanding of RGM/CP&A or double commercial experience between Finance, Marketing, Insight&Analytics and Sales is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities coupled with exceptional business acumen will be critical for success in this role.
  • Business Acumen: Your role demands a strong business acumen, with a particular emphasis on understanding Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. A keen understanding of how revenue growth strategies impact the bottom line is crucial for effective decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • Change Management: You will have an agile approach and a growth mindset when it comes to change management. Your ability to adapt to evolving strategies, industry trends, and consumer behaviors will be instrumental in driving successful revenue growth initiatives.
  • Leadership Capability: Your leadership skills should be recognized and demonstrated, enabling you to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You should have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible and sustainable relationships across different functions and in various countries and cultures, each with its unique leadership styles.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to convey key messages effectively while sharing best practices.
  • Performance Tracking: Previous experience in tracking business performance KPIs and setting up dashboards will be valuable.
Location could be discussed in a group of countries such as Belgium, Greece, Poland, Ireland.
