Our Position

The RPA Analyst & Developer will strengthen the current internal team to accelerate analysis and optimization of actual administrative processes and develop these into an RPA application with the goal to create efficient, effective and qualitative automated processes.

This means that you will be jointly responsible for the planning, development and support of RPA solutions end to end across all our entities and departments within the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Understanding and analyses of the current processes, assessing which processes are fit for automation.
  • Designing and building of the detailed processes including system requirements, preparing of test scripts and performing test cycles, in liaison with process owners.
  • Logging and analyzing incidents, incident solving and bug fixing.
  • Supporting and reviewing of continuous improvement of the live processes.
  • Impact assessments of change requests and afterwards a correct implementation of these changes.
  • Continuous learning and improving to accommodating updates in the RPA tool and connected software.
  • Working closely together with project team members and RPA team to ensure a correct implementation.
  • You build a strong internal network to be able to make good analyses and formulate appropriate solutions.

You will report to the RPA team lead.

Your Profile

As an RPA Analyst & Developer you are passionate about technology and digitalization. Making an impact by implementing improvements and efficiency drives your motivation.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent trough experience (IT, business administration, …)
  • Ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the organization
  • Experience with process analyses, design and implementation
  • Experience with analyzing business and technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (preferably UiPath) is preferred
  • Experience and certification with ABBYY FlexiCapture is a plus
  • Experience in programming and application development is a plus!
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good social skills in English, other languages are a bonus!
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, analytical skills and ability to learn new tools and applications!
