Your responsibilities

  • Handling of customer’s orders, from order entry until invoicing
  • Send order confirmations within agreed frame time
  • Ensure OTIF (on time delivery, in full, volume in line with budget, etc.)
  • Follow-up of outstanding orders, production changes, quality issues, complaints, and ensure timely communication to the customer
  • Daily contact with forwarders, transport requests and changes

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree or experience in Sales Administration/Customer Service
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP and MS Office…)
  • Experience in ERP/SAP-system
  • Good knowledge of Dutch/French/English/German
  • Experience in logistics is a plus
  • Team player
  • Problem-solving & pro-active, result driven
  • Commercial attitude and customer minded
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Diplomatic and able to build solid relationships
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and stress resistant
