Your responsibilities

As Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales Director and Business Unit Managers. Specifically, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • You will provide support in preparing presentationsand analyses for sales management.
  • You will be responsible for translationsrelating to internal and external communications.
  • You will support the sales team in entering ordersinto SAP and creating POs.
  • You will attend international sales team meetingsand be responsible for taking minutes and following up the action list with the various departments involved.
  • You will help prepare external and internal sales meetings.
  • You will manage the general mailboxand sales follow-up tools such as Rooftop and Smartsales.
  • You will manage the Leolink smartphone applicationfor our sales partners, working closely with the international sales team.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of agreed promotionswithin the annual calendar and within budget.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience supporting a sales department.
  • You have commercial acumenand the desire to see projects through to completion.
  • You are able to speak and write in French, Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
