工作内容

A Sales Associate is responsible for the following tasks;

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs assigned by the Store manager;
  • Demonstrate knowledge about the brand, collection and product to increase sales and conversion and build up our Diesel customer base;
  • Being the perfect host by offering excellent customer service according to the Diesel guidelines;
  • Maintaining the VM guidelines to ensure that the products and the shop experience are presented according to the Diesel standard;
  • Daily report to the Store manager;
Effective stock management; you ensure that the entire commodity flow is managed and controlled regarding to deliveries, transfers, complaints and returns.
Skills

  • You have the right sales skills and are target oriented;
  • You show true team spirit and you have excellent social and communication skills;
  • You are customer oriented, commercial and flexible.
Requirements

  • You are a proud Diesel Ambassador and show love and passion for the brand and its products;
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience within a similar position and work environment;
  • A good command of both the Dutch and English language.
