We’re a startup company with our headquarter located in Auderghem who offers an outstanding service in advising clients and managing their recruitment within the financial sector.

Today, we’re willing to expand our brand and launch our new office in Mechelen! That is why we are currently looking for brilliant Salesperson & Recruiters with the right attitude and an entrepreneur mindset to join our team and contribute to success this new milestone with us! If you are willing to boost or launch your career in a sales function with the ambition to take responsibilities, implement new procedures and build a strong career, you are in the right place!

Profile:

  • You own at least a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
  • You are a winner and an easy-going person.
  • You know how to talk properly and you understand the importance of giving an irreproachable service to our partners.
  • You’re confident, flexible, listener and you enjoy being in contact with peoples and respond to their needs.
  • You’re an entrepreneur who’s reachable, available, proactive, and ready to do the extra-miles to be successful.

Function:

As an advisor in a recruitment company:

  • You’ll be able in a short period to manage autonomously the recruitment process from A to Z and oversee the relation with your partners and collaborators.
  • You’ll take part of the settlement of recruitment strategies for your clients and help them to reach their goals thanks to your expertise in a specific market.
  • You’ll develop your own brand awareness to become renowned in your market
