To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
A minimum of 2 years of well-spoken telesales experience.
Experience in fleet management (SME) is a plus.
Working knowledge of the automotive fiscality in Belgium, with special focus on EV is seen as a plus
Understanding the TCO
Following the fiscal measures in place
Excellent level of spoken and written Dutch, French & English
Strong Knowledge of Salesforce + is highly appreciated
Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
As a person you have an analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills to inspire and educate and guide the customers in their transition to EV. You are also flexible and agile individual who thrives working in fast-paced and dynamic environment and who has a can-do attitude. You are very sociable. Last but not least, you have passion for cars and people.

Your key responsibility will be to manage and follow up on incoming leads both new and existing customers and be the human connection for our online brand.
The role will be based in Brussels and reports to the Head of Sales in Belgium.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Day-by-day key contact with sales leads. Be the human connection for our online brand. Inspire customers in the journey to electric mobility.
- Drive lead cycle management (follow-up leads and close them).
- Initiating sales with potential customers.
- Optimise call logic and sales approach, documenting customer information and reactions, focussing on customer needs to close sales.
- Analyse and report on lead Management results.
- Ensure continuous sales support, administration and reporting.
- Support of the Fleet Sales administration
- Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners
