工作内容

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the order acquisition and fulfilment process, pre-sales support activities and related administration.

Your Responsibilities

You represent the customer in the Barco internal organization, and translate its requirements (on deliverables and timings) into tangible process parameters:
  • follow-up on shipment & delivery of goods
  • correct and timely invoicing
  • communicating, organizing and proper follow up of contractual required documents like COO, L/C’s, Bank guarantees,…

You will be the main liaison between our external sales team & customers and different internal departments.
  • Together with the credit control department, you follow-up on accounts receivable and if necessary you take the necessary actions to solve payment issues
  • You inform colleagues in case extra services are sold
  • You are in close contact with different departments (service, warehousing, traffic, planning, project management) in order to solve customer requests

You perform pre-sales activities such as
  • credit check with finance
  • availability check with supply chain

Our Expectations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent through experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer service environment
  • You can work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with customers and other (internal) stakeholders.
  • You have excellent organization skills supported by a good technical basis and product knowledge.
  • Excellent computer proficiency including the “Microsoft Office package” and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of other languages is an important asset.
  • Supportive attitude to the sales team, to assist in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.
