Job brief

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns (inbound) and cold calling (outbound) and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • You manage the sales development for Brussels, Flanders and the Dutch market. Your clients are doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals;
  • You use and grow our database to generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, and emailing (in collaboration with the other sales and the marketing team);
  • You identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products and services from SeekandCare plateform;
  • You build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities;
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives when required;
  • You report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results;
  • You work in collaboration with the Engineering team for the design of the website and improvement of the sales processes;
  • You work in collaboration with the Sourcing & Suppliers team to adapt the sourcing based on your customers’ feedback;
  • You follow-up on quotes, orders, invoicing.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role with ideally an experience in the healthcare industry preferably;
  • Mandatory bilingual Ducth and French + English = nice to have;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
  • Track record of achieving sales quota;
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
