Je opdracht
✓ Je bouwt een sterk direct en indirect klantenbestand uit op de Belgische markt
✓ Je overtuigt nieuwe partners om voor de coatings van Axalta te kiezen
✓ Je adviseert directe klanten, partners, architecten en designers over de kleur en techniek van coatings
✓ Je stemt je verkoopstrategie af op je targets in samenspraak met de General Industrial Sales Manager Benelux
✓ Je kent de nieuwste trends binnen coatings
✓ Je zet gerichte marketingstrategieën om in resultaten
✓ Je weet wat concurrenten doen en hoe ze werken
✓ Je tankt regelmatig inspiratie op het kantoor in Lummen
✓ Je neemt samen met ons team deel aan beurzen, evenementen en seminaries
Je talent
✓ Minimaal enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een B2B sales omgeving
✓ De technische aspecten van onze producten schrikken je niet af
✓ Vlot inspelen op creatieve ideeën van je klanten
✓ Proactief denker en doener
✓ IJzeren wil om je targets te halen
✓ Flexibiliteit heb jij geen moeite mee
✓ Kijkt ernaar uit deel uit te maken van een hecht team
✓ Vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en bij voorkeur Frans
