Main Purpose:
As Sales Finance Manager Belgium you play a key role to deliver PepsiCo’s marketplace ambitions through effective use of relevant revenue management levers to drive profitable growth across all channels within the market. Key accountabilities include execution of short term RevMan capabilities including effective Trade Terms design and governance, portfolio mix management and promotional optimization. Additionally, the role will lead the translation of Revenue Strategy into annual customer account plans to deliver against internal and customer objectives, guiding effective decision making through data driven trade off analysis to support the delivery of AOP via a strong partnership with the sales leadership team and financial governance of D&A.

Accountabilities:
Build Capabilities of Revenue Management in BeLux MU
- Lead team of analysts to build customer centric decision support to sales teams
- Wiring into sales team to build broad based revenue management capability
Translate the revenue strategy into Annual Operating Plans (AOP); Collaboratively work with Sales Leadership team to link revenue strategies and priorities to set annual Customer plans (AOP/JBP)
- Partner with Sales Management to set annual Volume/Net Rev targets
- Lead AOP BE build; bottom-up plan incorporating price, portfolio and mix strategies
- Partner with Sales leadership team to execute annual pricing plan with customer
- Ensure AOP plan is aligned to customer objectives and across functions
- Advice and counsel the Sales teams on actions to remediate any gaps to target
Dynamic execution of annual revenue plan; bringing data-driven trade-off and course correction activity to Sales leadership team
- Financial business partnership to navigate delivery of the revenue plan
- Lead monthly reporting and explanation of performance to the Sales leadership team
- Lead the governance and course corrective initiatives as required
- Lead the deep dives on emerging trends ; lessons for future and cause correction
- Improve forecast accuracy, trend analysis and longer term outlooks
Provide strong financial stewardship, ensuring strong internal control environment
- Co-develop the Trade Terms and govern execution related to agreements
- Effectively manage D&A spend to improve returns on all marketplace investments
- Ensure all iterations of promotions plan submitted into the guideline compliance.
- Lead the post promotional evaluation process for $xmm of spend, lessons learnt for future, and influencing/impacting Sales and Commercial teams on promotions optimization
Embed future ways of working to increase self-serve financial reporting & optimization with sales team
- Ensure accuracy of Cockpit 2.0, TPM tools at customer & category level
- Embed & drive ongoing calendar optimization via TPM / TPO systems as further capability is released
- Actively reduce finance reporting and build culture of sales self-serve via Cockpit / TPM reports

Qualifications/Requirements
- You have at least 7 years of experience in Finance (Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, Analytics, etc...)
- You are analytical and you like to make informed business recommendations and ensure aligned to business strategy
- You manage the internal processes to optimize revenue, cost, cash flow and customer service
- You communicate persuasively to win support, minimize and remove barriers that get in the way of achieving results and leverage understanding of key business drivers to deliver results
- You encourage and coach people to build their skills; Gives constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve their performance; Shares knowledge and skills with others to build broader capability
- You have a strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of local languages (Dutch & French) is a strong asset
