What is the job?*
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in their mission to streamline our sales processes from the top of the lead funnel all the way to Customer Success and make the Sales and CS teams more efficient.
You will be instrumental in supporting our rapidly growing revenue organisation and consistently ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. You will start focusing on the last stages of the sales funnel from quote generation until invoicing. The work you do will impact the way, quality and speed at which deals are being closed and will contribute to the overall success of the business. Later, there is potential to expand and contribute to more stages, all the way up to lead generation, marketing and analytics.

Key responsibilities*
*
Working closely with the sales team and finance team to provide daily support on processing quotes, contracts and invoices. Giving advice to ensure correct booking of deals on CRM and alignment of data on CRM (Salesforce) & Accounting systems.
- Liaising with account managers and sales executives about various opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle.
- Assisting in various ad-hoc reporting, analytics and data visualization tasks.
- Maintaining data quality. Ensuring the accuracy of data in the CRM (Salesforce) system and its compliance to agreed sales processes. Creating metrics to track the activities of the sales team.
- Handle administrative tasks for the sales operations team. e.g. Documentation of changes on processes and best practices, manage subscriptions of different tools.
This is a good starting role for someone who would like to progress into a sales operations and analytics role, working with data sets or for someone who wants to get to know the market, companies and sales process in a SaaS technology company.

Requirements*

Recent graduate or 0-1 year’s experience working in sales, operations-oriented or analytics role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas (e.g. Lookup)
- Quick learner, analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious, self-motivated and focussed on continuous learning
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
- Understanding of sales process and techniques
