Job Description:

• Analyser et évaluer régulièrement les clients et tendances de ventes du secteur en fournissant des rapports périodiques (KPIs du secteur, segmentation des clients, répartition du budget)
• Visiter régulièrement de nouveaux clients et les clients existants pour évaluer leurs besoins et leurs spécificités. Identifier les besoins des clients et élaborer une solution adaptée englobant des produits, des solutions et des services de Nobel Biocare (incluant les laboratoires clients actuels et potentiels, qui travaillent en coopération avec le Chargé de Développement Laboratoire).
• Etudier et se tenir informé(e) sur les produits, technologies, études cliniques, activités concurrentielles et autres informations générales d’intérêt à l’entreprise ou aux clients. Appliquer cette connaissance à vos stratégies et tactiques pour développer votre activité commerciale.

Job Requirements:

• Un minimum de trois ans d’expérience de ventes axés sur la réalisation des objectifs avec Nobel Biocare ou une expérience équivalente chez un concurrent direct, ou au minimum quatre ans de ventes axées sur la réalisation des objectifs, préférablement dans la domaine des dispositifs médicaux.
• Fortes aptitudes de communication et de vente.
• Forts capacités d’organisation et de planification (business planning, planification de ventes, prévisionnel, etc.).
• Capacités de démarchage téléphonique et de prospection.
• Capable de travailler sous pression.
• Capable de planifier et d’organiser de manière indépendante les activités
