In this role, you have the opportunity to
lead the international sales support department through a major transformation while increasing the performance in the fast-growing medical devices business.
You are responsible for
leading the Sales Support department for IGT Devices International. You will lead a multi–functional, multi-layered, multi-location team and combine driving the performance of the team towards the highest level, with transforming to the future state.

Lead, drive and motivate the sales support team
Create an infrastructure for (continuous) development and training for the team
Develop and bring talent to the next level
Align and connect to key stakeholders
Structure and standardize our processes and mitigate exceptions
Embrace new ways of working driven by the multiple transformations
Drive continuous improvement and optimization
Inspiring change management of new ways of working, policies and procedures
Identify needs, represent sales support and initiate function specs
Support the implementation of (new) technology
Drive the adaptation and user readiness in the sales support operations
Deliver on operational targets for sales support
Drive multiple complex transformations to success
Philips IGT Devices, a Philips business, is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. The business also offers a suite of peripheral therapeutic devices. This is part of Philip’s industry leading solutions to help clinicians to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right therapy for each patient in real-time during image-guided therapies (IGT).
As Sales Support Leader, you will report into the Head of Operations, IGT Devices International.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a complex commercial operations environment;
Proven experience in a fast-moving commercial operations, preferably in the medical devices industry;
Proven experience in successful leading implementation and deployment of complex transitions and IT projects;
In depth knowledge of IT landscapes to support commercial operations;
Experienced in managing and developing cross-border, multi cultural and remote individuals and teams;
Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and shown ability to lead and inspire an organization;
Dedicated personality who has a positive attitude and loves to work within a stressful & dynamic environment;
Strong communicator and motivator;
Culturally sensitive.
