Sales support training manager

As a Training Manager, you will play a vital role in devising and implementing training strategies that elevate employee skills, enhance performance, boost productivity, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Training, Finance, Operations, Quality, etc.) in a cross-functional environment.

• Drive onboarding training programs for sales organization and sales support order management team;
• Drive continuous improvement trainings, monitor department and staff performance against KPI’S;
• Ensure comprehensive training for all new Sales Managers and Sales Support employees, covering way of working, operational processes, and adherence to quality standards;
• Provide support for various training initiatives identified by management, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Reporting Tools (RT), and Philips Blueprint Contract Management Implementation (CM);
• Oversee the training of Order Managers on processes, tools, and transactions in our ERP system (SAP), ensuring adherence to documented work instructions and SOPs within the QA system;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Complaint Handling, and other enabling functions;
• Uphold compliance with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, SOX legal obligations, operating procedures, processes, and assigned tasks;
• Lead and contribute towards business transformation projects resulting into training deployment when assigned;
• Passionate about driving change and performing while transforming;
• Possess a complete understanding and the highest level of execution in all order transactions, processes, and procedures, including cross-functional collaboration;

• Bachelor Degree
• SAP Knowledge
• Certified Lean Sigma Green belt and SFDC proficient is an asset )
• 3-5 years Training Specialist or Training Development Manager
• Excels in designing and delivering engaging training sessions
• Fluency in English and any other languages will be an asset
• Possesses excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• Loves working in a diverse, inclusive and high performing environment
