Scheduler Lifescience
STAR is looking for a Senior Scheduler, preferably with experience on Life Science Construction projects.
Duties:
  • Generate, update, review and maintain the overall integrated project planning from design to construction and delivery to the client
  • Monitoring and reporting of trends, highlighting critical aspects and actions
  • Weekly man hours versus resource planning
  • Liaise with staff and monitor impact of changes
  • Attend contractor meetings
  • Prepare monthly schedule update for inclusion in CM monthly report
  • Enter contractor progress into weekly / monthly reports
  • Develop and implement micro-schemes to promote progress or as mitigation against backlogs
  • Ensure that the various contracts are managed in accordance with Project procedures and also in relation to project planning and budgets
  • Prepares monthly cost report for inclusion in CM monthly report
  • Management of Change during the life of the project in terms of Cost Control
  • Reports to the construction manager or delegate

Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years experience on multidisciplinary projects in a similar role
  • Knowledge of English and Dutch/French
