The Role

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

We are looking for a passionate and committed Scrum Master to help us transforming our organization from a waterfall to an Agile company. As Scrum Master you are the facilitator and agile coach for the team.
  • Promoting and supporting the Agile team in following the Scrum process
  • Educating the team in Scrum, XP and SAFe practices
  • Coaching the team in self-management
  • Helping the team focus on creating an increment of value each iteration
  • Facilitating the removal of impediments to the team’s progress
  • Ensuring that all team events take place, are productive and kept within the timebox
  • Creating the environment for continuous improvement Supporting the overall SAFe implementation
  • Together with the Product Owner you refine the backlog for the different agile cycles
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated international team in a challenging and very dynamic environment. As such you will be part of our internal project team working in the Aftermarket domain surrounding Technical Support, Warranty and Serialized Information Management. Next to this support in other teams transforming into agile can cross your path along the way. You will report to the IT Team Leader Aftermarket.
What we expect of you?

The ideal candidate will have a good blend of business and IT technical skills. Specific requirements for this position include:
  • You have a bachelor in IT, or equivalent by experience.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. You have at least 5 years of experience as a scrum master in an Agile IT development team. Being a Certified scrum master is a plus.
  • You can use tools to accommodate efficient collaborations (Confluence, Jira, Teams, …)
  • Having a CEFR C1-level in English oral & writing skills (or similar). Dutch oral skills are considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of different aftermarket processes in a customer center of an industrial company is an asset.
  • Experience in working in a large international company is a plus.

  • You understand the dynamics of change management, support, service and you consider continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and ahead a given
  • You dare to question our way of working in a respectful way. At the same time, you’re open for feedback and new ideas.
