You increase the agility of teams by fostering and building the self-organizing ability of teams. You enthuse and activate professionals individually or in teams and investigate what is needed to develop them further. By stimulating the use of new working methods and tools in scrum teams, you ensure that transformations are successful.

With your contemporary vision of working in teams, in constantly changing circumstances, you ensure that we deliver maximum value for and make impact with the customer. You easily switch between the different layers within the organization and passionately promote the Agile philosophy. Do you and your team members come up against something? Where you’re going to get started

“Ordina wants to be its customers’ digital transformation partner.” Right in the center of this, you will join the Business Consulting & Transformation area.

The Business Consulting & Transformation area helps clients in the following domains:

• Taking ownership over digital transformations for our customers with the best guarantee on creating business value, no matter the technological and structural context of our clients
• Business & process transformation: the act of improving an organization’s existing processes to achieve better efficiency, effectiveness and value creation.
• Analysis and redesign of existing business processes departments to reorganize including job roles
• Business, Enterprise & solution architectural expertise
• Organizational Change and Transformation, agnostic of technology, tools and platforms, markets and domains
  

Besides working in High Performance Teams on customer assignments, we position new propositions at clients and crack challenging customer cases.

This is you

• You already have a first experience with organizational methods for getting agile teams to work together. You are bitten by Kanban and Scrum and can explain it engagingly. Experience with Devops, Spotify, LeSS or SAFe is a plus.
• You are fascinated by the dynamics of cross-functional teams and the power of co-creation. You enjoy processing group feedback and wisdom to engage in inclusive decision-making.
• You are proactive and pragmatic. You look for opportunities for continuous improvement. Your empathetic personality enables you to build strong relationships with people, coach them and mediate conflict situations.
• You have a broad knowledge of technology, feeling for IT-delivery and supporting teams in this environment. You are interested in learning more about those topics and sharing this knowledge with your colleagues.
• You try to understand your customer’s problems so that you can support them where necessary. If you cannot do this on your own, you will report back to our unit so that together, we can find a suitable solution.
• You are have strong communication skills, facilitate well and speak fluent Dutch or Frenchand English.
