Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team and help drive the implementation and improvement of Agile practices.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams follow Agile principles, remove impediments, and facilitate smooth collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
Organize and facilitate key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Help team members understand and implement Scrum principles and practices to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Act as a problem solver by identifying and removing obstacles that may hinder the team’s ability to deliver.
Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals. Technical Skills:
