Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for achieving goals related to financial performance, market leadership, and competitive positioning for the home fragrance category. You’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to shape the brand’s growth strategy and positioning, driving innovation, and ensuring impactful execution across multiple markets.

Strategic direction and influence:
Responsible for leading the short to mid-term brand growth strategy and brand plans which will transform penetration, share, and brand equity and in turn drive financial growth;
Lead annual budget planning and cost control in collaboration with other departments;
Generate consumer insights to shape ATL and BTL strategies and steer the right product portfolio;
Lead the preparation and implementation of yearly business plans, aligning with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio Management:
• Drive proactive portfolio & pricing management for both core and NPD based on market trends, product performances, gap analysis, and innovation opportunities
• Build portfolio strategy with the right assortment and dedicated RTM according to market priorities
• Lead product innovation, packaging and Limited Edition development in collaboration with the Creative Director and build tailormade marketing launch plans
• Identify and develop brand partnerships for exclusive Limited Editions with the Creative Director
Brand Marketing:
• Refine brand positioning and build key strategic pillars to be deployed across marketing touchpoints
• Build brand message and support various teams with strong storytelling and brand tools
• Develop global guidelines, support delivery and implementation to the markets
• Craft exceptional experiences that surprise and delight our customers and consumers, delivering excellence from concept creation to agency briefing, implementation and evaluation
• Ensure co-development and excellent execution of distributor and department stores marketing plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Brand Performances and Insights
• Analyze brand performances and market trends to influence decision making
• Build competitive review to sharpen key moments of year
• Develop and centralize client Usage & Attitude data base to sharpen the marketing strategies
• Roll out concept and A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies
Desired Profile:
• Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with multimarket exposure
• Education: Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or business development
• Expertise: Proven track record in branding, campaign strategy, complex project management, and driving brand performance impacting category P&L
Skills:
o Advanced commercial and strategic mindset with an international perspective and understanding of marketing – sales relationships
o Creative profile with the expertise in product innovation, from concept ideation to market execution
o Strong proactivity and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
o Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments
o Analytical, performance-oriented, and able to leverage data to recommend actions
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging and inspiring internal and external partners
o Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior team members
o Fluent in French & English (mandatory)
o Passion for Luxury, Lifestyle and Fashion
• Additional: A car is preferred, as the offices are located 15 km outside of Brussels.
