Job Purpose and Impact

We seek a Senior Business Analyst who will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems within the OSC (Operations and Supply Chain) portfolio. In this role, you will provide technical, functional and process expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Locations are Schiphol, Netherlands / Mechelen, Belgium / Sofia, Bulgaria

Key Accountabilities
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Work closely with business partners, business teams, 3rd party partners and OSC architects to enable the delivery of process, data, and technology solutions.
  • Translate and analyze variances from the project plan, research alternatives and implement the preferred recommendations.
  • Provide complex business model design services for development.
  • Analyze and interpret requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
  • Integrate a subset of complex process areas, including data, education and security across a limitedsubset of the organization.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Experience working across multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Experience with IT solutions for food safety / lab quality results capture; weighing; packing and labelling functionalities
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Experience collaborating with regional and global project teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in or closely with manufacturing environments
  • Business fluency in English
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
