The Project

An established European manufacturing company is launching a strategic ERP upgrade as part of its digital transformation program. The company is looking for an experienced freelance Senior Business Analyst to lead the business requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business requirement workshops across Finance, Production, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate closely with the internal ERP Product Owner and domain leads
• Support solution design and validate against business goals
• Identify change impacts and contribute to business readiness activities
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical consultants
• Support test planning, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments
• Proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Production, or SCM modules)
• Experience in discrete manufacturing or a comparable industry
• Strong process modeling skills (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
• Able to work autonomously with business and IT stakeholders
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps is a plus
