Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Architect to support strategic and architectural initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning business goals with IT capabilities, translating business needs into architectural designs, and ensuring coherence across business domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop business architecture models to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into architectural designs
  • Ensure business and IT alignment through structured analysis and modeling
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
  • Identify improvement areas and propose solutions to enhance business processes

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Architecture
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Experience with modeling tools such as ArchiMate and MEGA
  • Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling

Languages:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
