The Senior Business Consultant works on assigned projects to identify and help realizing solutions to business problems while streamlining related processes.

Its duties include help executing and completing assigned projects in the context of a predefined method/framework within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client; making sure that profitability of projects are maximized while customer satisfaction is at the highest levels, evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement; designing prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client’s needs; etc...

Role description

You will be required to use the knowledge and skills you have gained from your previous experience, in particular to :

• Ensure the success and sustainability of IT transformations.
• Lead the information systems evolution plan in the company within the framework of the accepted budgets and in accordance with the technological changes decided by the general management
• Ensure consistency between information systems.
• Liaise between the IT department and other departments within the company.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the information system and maintain it in operational condition.
• Participate in the drafting of specifications in line with the company’s needs and choices.
• Report on IT projects in steering and validation meetings, in conjunction with the project managers and the company’s business departments.

• 
  You have at least one master degree (business administration, engineering, IT & Business Management, …)
• You have consulting certifications and or equivalent expertise in related methods, project delivery / management work
• You have at least 6 years of proven experience in management consulting including experience in IT consulting
• You have strong soft skills, commercial, planning, time-management, communication skills (able to facilitate workshops, interactions under the supervision of our lead consultants/principals with CxO levels of large companies)
• You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English
