TenForce is a Belgian software product company with international ambitions. Industry leaders and governmental organizations all over the world use our product: INEOS, TOTAL, Friesland Campina, VPK, ABInBev, Chevron Philips Chemicals, Unilin, Fonterra, Proximus, Telenet, Fluvius, the Flemish, and the Walloon Government – just to name a few. We like to try a fresh approach, be quick on our feet, and delight our customers.
We are looking for a senior business development manager, obsessed by customer success and impact in a B2B software sales environment.
Our product is a leading software solution for managing Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality. It has a proven track record for large and medium-sized companies. We sell to the chemical, food, manufacturing, and utility industries, and the government.
Your main activities:
- Work with an existing portfolio of large accounts from industry, government and utilities (some of the biggest companies in Belgium and in the world)
- Identify and qualify for new opportunities.
- Drive the sales cycle and close deals in a demanding, but very rewarding environment.
- Report progress, discuss and resolve bottlenecks with the team and the management.
- Align and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, outreach, … for these VIP customers.
- Work with HubSpot, Pandadoc, Zoominfo, … and other cool tools that we use to increase our impact.
What are we looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
- The right level of creativity, project management, business analysis, and people management skills to craft sophisticated deals for large (international) organizations or government institutions. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to articulate ideas on paper in a concise and attractive way for emails and proposals.
- Ability to give presentations and product demos.
- Somebody living in Belgium.
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent working knowledge of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing, ability to give reuse and build on top of content marketing and B2B digital campaigns.
- Mild level of craziness.
- Able to discuss business in French and/or German.
