Job Purpose and Impact

The Performance Analyst will lead metric production, inventory management and performance analysis across the center of excellence or geographic region. In this role, you will perform various functions including monitoring, optimizing, handling the performance of metrics within your assigned area and using data backed hypothesis to propose, prioritize and advance performance initiatives and projects. You will play a significant role in achieving process excellency of the end to end business process by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution.

Key Accountabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with spreadsheet application and programming within those applications
  • Design and development experience with reporting tools and applications: Tableau, Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Experience in extracting data from relational database engines and other applications
  • Experience with web and scripting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise resource planning experience with expertise in process areas and medium to high rigor projects
  • Experience providing breakthrough insights on business process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit to the organization
