Key Responsibilities

Take part in a mission-critical environment where you will

  • Lead requirements gathering, traceability, and baseline management for medium-complexity systems
  • Oversee system development lifecycle: planning, coordination, security compliance, stakeholder engagement
  • Manage integration and build processes: test environments, builds, documentation, and validation
  • Deliver Level 2/3 support for Windows, MacOS, and iOS devices (including complex incident resolution and root cause analysis)
  • Work hand-in-hand with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Execute software changes and updates under strict quality and security protocols
  • Monitor systems to ensure 24/7 functionality and implement proactive issue mitigation policies

Profile & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent 6+ years of experience)
  • Solid hands-on experience managing Windows Server/Client OS at scale (>10,000 endpoints)
  • Familiarity with MECM/SCCM, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
  • Proficiency in Cloud Office environments: Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, O365
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards: PKI, 2FA, AAA, data protection
  • Ability to document, coach, and manage complex technical tasks across remote teams

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of EndPoint security tools (Trellix), DLP, host Firewalls
  • Experience with tools like Lansweeper and COTS client OS admin
  • Understanding of ITIL service management (SLA-driven)
  • Previous experience in international or governmental environments
