A dynamic company active in the not-for-profit sector is currently looking to hire a Senior Financial Accounting Analyst to join their offices in Brussels.

Your main responsibilities as the new Senior Financial Accounting Analyst will include:

  • Monitoring period-end close activities and financial results for two associations
  • Preparing General Ledger entries, details and reconciliation including payroll accounting
  • Organizing and preparing the financial and management reporting for the senior management
  • Preparing recurring financial reporting and analysis
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues from other directorates and departments
  • Participating in specific projects of the Unit
  • Participating in the booking of bank transactions
  • Assisting in managing the cash flow forecast & reporting
  • Coordinating contracts invoicing and reconciliation

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • You already have 4 to 8 years of experience in accounting and have already worked on budgets and financial analysis
  • You have a good knowledge of IT Tools and an advanced level in Excel
  • You speak fluent English and French or Dutch
