Kintec are currently partnered with a leading multinational materials technology company. They are currently recruiting forSenior HR Manager – Civilto be based in Hoboken Antwerp, Belgium.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
For the Department P&O on the site in Olen, we are looking for a HR Manager.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Daily Personnel Management: Handle complex cases with care and attention, working closely with managers and HR Coaches to find constructive solutions. Advise and support managers in making well-informed decisions to promote a positive work environment.
• HR Projects:
o Work Organization, PowerBi implementation, Change & organization changes, …
• Strategic Thinking:
o Provide a site-wide perspective and think strategically across different business units (BUs). Maintain contact with union representatives and ensure constructive social dialogue.
o Serve as a technical expert in various consultative bodies, addressing social and legal issues.
• Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication about HR decisions and applicable rules to the staff.
• Collaboration: Operate within an HR Matrix structure with HR Coaches (HRBP), Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and other HR services. Ensure seamless implementation and alignment of HR policies and processes with the needs of the Olen site, in collaboration with the Executive Team, SVPs, and Managers of the various BUs at the Olen site.
• Hands-on Support: Fill in gaps within the team as needed, including operational and administrative tasks.
• Change Management: Guide change processes.
• Additional Responsibilities: Handle tasks beyond BU-focused projects, such as dismissal cases, reintegration, and learning initiatives.
TECHNICAL PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR Manager role
• Experience in various HR roles
• Experience in an industry environment is required
• Thorough knowledge of social legislation and collective labor agreements.
• Experience with project management and change processes.

• Excellent social skills and the ability to build good relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with experience in project management and change processes.
• Knowledge of societal trends and an innovative, proactive attitude.
• Ability to bring calm, planning, and structure to the team.
• ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including unions.

• Maximum Onsite presence is requested
LANGUAGE
• Fluent in Dutch & English is mandatory
