Your role

As Senior Internal Auditor, you will be the right-hand man of the Secretary General and will be responsible for the deployment of second-level management supervision at the BENELUX level. Your main tasks will be

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the new control system through the drafting of an annual action plan based on the assessment of risks
  • You will also be responsible for the development of a new risk management system and the implementation of a new risk management policy
  • Reporting the results to all the management of the various entities within the scope and to the parent company based in Paris
  • Ensure the follow-up of the audit missions and their recommendations,
  • The Senior Internal Auditor will interface with all SG/ALD departments involved in the above-mentioned topics, in particular on the transposition of SG Group projects and initiatives.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or financial field,
  • You have a pragmatic and synthetic approach to issues
  • You are a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills,
  • You have at least 5 years of experience, including a first experience in an audit firm, ideally in a big 4 or an internal audit department of a large company,
  • You have a strong knowledge of auditing, financial management and a strong interest in control issues,
  • You have a project approach and are motivated by continuous improvement,
  • You have an analytical mind and a good capacity to formalise and present a problem
  • You are autonomous and able to work on your own
  • You are bilingual EN / FR and you speak Dutch fluently.
