Job Summary

This is a home-based role for a self-employed Senior Recruiter.
We are Life Sciences company in a strong growth phase (green field investment, acquisitions), not an agency. You will be hiring on a range of roles in multiple countries, directly consulting with the hiring managers. You are joining an international team of highly skilled recruitment professionals.
This assignment is to start immediately and to last at least until the end of the year.
As a Senior International Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies to fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You will work on assignments all over Europe, in an operational and project-based way. You work in closed partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Leads, Business Leaders and Hiring Managers. Your role will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment services delivery, both personally and through vendors, against delivery of key Time, Cost and Quality targets and metrics
  • Utilize comprehensive & diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Responsible for recruiting across multiple skill sets and locations.
  • Be a back-up for colleagues all over Europe
  • Drive complex international recruitment projects independently
  • Interact with senior stakeholders (Manager, Director, VP,…) in order to work on larger recruitment campaigns
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, building a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs
  • Gather and analyze feedback from various sources for continuous improvement
  • Educate business clients in the use of interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants
Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • Able to work remotely with limited supervision
  • Fluent in English and at least Dutch or French, ideally both
  • Capable of driving mid-sized projects in the areas of employer branding, new IT process implementations,…
  • Capably to interact with business stakeholders at senior level (Director, VP)
  • Expert in delivering full life cycle recruitment services
  • Experience in Direct Hire Placement for a 3rd party recruiting or staffing firm is preferred: Social Media; LinkedIn etc., networking, market mapping, etc
  • Solid business acumen, strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.
  • Highly competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.
