As Senior Manager of the International Operations PMO, you will bring your solid experience of project management and understanding of best practices, in collaboration with our global & commercial project teams, to successfully lead the delivery of various supply chain and operational projects, as well as New Product Introductions. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable effective cross functional collaboration, and you will bring your organisational skills, and an ability to see both the bigger picture and be comfortable with the detail; you will lead efforts for accurate and timely reporting of information on projects across the portfolio and drive continuous improvement for the PMO organization.

In addition, you will:

• Maintain KPI’s and dashboards for projects, supporting ongoing improvement.
• Provide forecasting, management of project budgets and reporting on project financials to support decision making.
• Identify and manage resolution of project risks or issues to ensure on time delivery.
• Close the project – including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for future projects.
• To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls

What we expect:

• High level Project Management experience, ideally in Medical Devices/ Diagnostics but would consider other regulated industries.
• A PMP Certification is desirable.
• Experience with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations and medical device design and development cycles is preferred.
• Action oriented, with a proven track record of effectively driving the supply chain / Manufacturing projects and other revenue-producing initiatives.
• Well-versed and demonstrated record of successfully leading projects in a matrixed organization, building strong collaboration while managing stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent influencing, negotiating and communications skills.
