Senior Manager Procurement for Affiliates

The Senior Manager Procurement for Affiliates will be the key contact for the affiliates Procurement teams to find best practices, opportunity of synergies and bring guidance on tools aligned with the Group procurement strategy.

Core tasks:

• Being SPOC for Affiliates Procurement and being animator of the affiliates network across Procurement community;
• Coach and train affiliates on templates and tools;
• Look for best practices and synergies to reduce projects cost;
• Being Intra Group activity ‘One-Stop shop’ advocate within Procurement from tendering to Execution;
• Support market survey and negotiation on ad-hoc.

Mission and responsibilities:

• Identify Procurement activity and workload;
• Ensure Procurement support to stakeholders for Procurement activities;
• Coordinate Category managers activities around affiliates needs when it makes sense;
• Support local team on application of the Procurement processes and instructions by internal clients;
• Ensure Procurement people development;
• Co-create and support local Procurement objectives achievements of affiliates.
  

• Master’s degree -MBA is a plus.
• Procurement certification/ degree is a plus.
• 10 years business experience as Manager or Director.
• 5 years supply-chain experience.
• 5 years’ experience in Project oriented business.
• Management skills in Matrix Environment.
• Active listening and empathy.
• Problem solving / Convincing and influencing.
• Business acumen.
• Professional knowledge of French and Dutch.
• Negotiation skills.
• Relevant experience within construction industry is a plus.
