We are looking for a Senior Manager/Directorin the domain of Learning Technologies and ecosystems to strengthen the Workforce transformation service line:

• Be the go to person for our clients concerning learning technologies and help them select the right learning platforms
• Spot opportunities in the market and shape proposals to meet the client requests
• Deliver learning technologies, including analysis, implementation, testing, rollout and post go live support. Advise and support clients in the design of a fit for purpose organizational learning strategy and with the implementation of learning technology ecosystems
• Have team responsibility (co-define ambitions, manage toward results and coach your team)
• Lead and support business development activities in order to continue the further growth of our Learning Technology solutions
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the domain of Learning Technologies
• Over 5 years of experience in Learning Strategy
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Commercial drive and business development experience, be in close touch with the business of our clients and understand their budget drivers, decision processes and validation cycles
• Overall project management experience; you can manage multiple projects at once with a consistent eye for detail, quality and risk while also being mindful of the bigger picture and overall business strategy
• Be a driving force in our (inter)national business growth, recognizing and seizing opportunities in the market whilst developing strong and strategic business relationships
• Passionate about learning in the context of private and public sector organizations
• University degree with a background in pedagogy, psychology, IT, HR or economics (or equivalent). A post-graduate degree is an asset
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
