If you are the kind of person that likes to be involved in different R&D manufacturing projects and processes within a company, then this position as Senior Research Associate will be something for you. It is for a Medical Devices Company which has a more flat hierarchy so you will be close to the Director and therefore you will get faster decisions and will see the bigger picture.
The team is in total 4 people and in the office there are 12 which means that you will have closer personal contact with everyone and this will bring faster results and makes communication easier.

Responsibilities:
Set up and perform studies to test ideas for new pharmaceutical and device solution till the registration studies to support New Drug Application.
Design appropriate experiments to solve technical problems and to lower proactively project risk
Organize and provide technical leadership in the areas of CMC development and review, formulation development, analytical methods development and validation, preclinical activities, and manufacturing process validations.
Lead multifunctional project teams for the development of new products. Planning of development activities. Develop effective project milestones and schedules.
Lead the life cycle management activities, including change control and risk management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Review the literatures and all guidelines on frequent base.
Maintain and participate in QMS activities

Requirements:
Master Degree or PhD in Life Sciences (physiology, biochemistry, biology, analytical chemistry)
Several years of experience in R&D, development environment for the Medical Devices industry
Experience with change control and risk management documentation
Demonstrated technical writing proficiency for internal reports and scientific papers
Good knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR is a big plus
Fluent level of English
