Overview
He/she is driving business performance and focusing on gaining market share across the region as defined with his/her line-manager.
The Product specialist builds the demand from the clinical partners, mainly for new and innovative products. He/she is responsible that the most meaningful clinical partners become promoters of our products and our company. He/she works closely together with the Sales Manager and Product Manager to ensure an efficient prioritization and the highest impact of his /her work.
Proudly serves as ambassador of the biggest healthcare company in the world deploying business and marketing strategies and proactively seeking ways to improve services and grow business and its profitability.
Which responsibilities?
- Proactively looking for new customers across the full region using the internal data and market intelligence focusing on the biggest eligible opportunities.
- Articulate our Digital solutions with a complete value proposition.
- Run all volume deals, CAPEX investments and contracting. within the region.
- Assist the full organization to maintain communication with critical & non-clinical partners
- Seeks ways to grow number of procedures involving assigned product portfolio and available services and solutions portfolio
- Utilizes all available company tools and meticulously follows company process guidelines and requirements to plan, track and report her/his activities.
- Seeks ways to participates in company-wide initiatives
- Demonstrated outstanding work ethics and respect for customer and colleagues / Respects principles of diversity and inclusion
What are we looking for?
University Degree (preferably in medicine related field or sales) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of work experience preferably in sales and/or medicine related sectors (required)
- Readiness to work in operating room environment (required)
- Experience working for an international company in a diverse team (strongly preferred)
- Business proficiency in French & English
- Highly empower
