They are seeking an ambitious Senior ServiceNow HR Consultant to join their SAP HR team. This is a company who are going through a well of growth due to massive investment in their SAP teams, with a planned 1,000 new employees by 2024.

As a Senior ServiceNow HR Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies, including multinational organisations and government institutions. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, often on international projects, you’ll focus on ServiceNow advising and implementations for various clients and projects. Your expertise will help transform HR functions by:

• Consulting, configuring, and translating business requirements into user stories for sustainable ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations.
• Supporting organizational changes and creating functional solution designs for ServiceNow HR/IT.
• Analyzing and implementing business processes, configuring ServiceNow HRSD, and guiding the final deliverables of the Go-Live.
• Taking responsibility for specific (sub)deliverables of change requests.
• Providing advice on new innovative ideas, releases, and leveraging technologies like HR Performance & Analytics, HR Big Data, HR Employee Center, HR Virtual Agent, and Shared Service Centre technology.
• Contributing to the business development of clients and accounts.
• Performing quality assurance on ServiceNow HRSD, offering guidance on HR IT strategies, and creating or enhancing these strategies.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• You bring 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HR, both technically and functionally, including client-facing consulting experience. Certification in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is preferred.
• You have a track record of solutioning and delivering complex ServiceNow HR and/or IT implementations, including experience with HCM Cloud systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.
• Your strong business acumen allows you to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery business processes and agile methodologies (Agile) is a plus.
• You possess the ability to contribute to the business development of new propositions within our practice.
• You thrive in an international environment and are open to travel when required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• You hold a university degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics, or equivalent. A post-graduate degree is considered an asset.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch. Additional languages are a plus.
