CRITERIA

Responsibility scope

• The applied software customer solutions and monitored in terms of development • Advisory role regarding customer processes in relation to the IT solution

• Substantive follow-up of applications & infrastructures

• Propagating enterprise vision and standards, guidelines

• The correct solution architecture for its assigned applications, taking into account the Enterprise vision.

• An up-to-date and relevant knowledge base

Knowledge and complexity

• Knowledge level Master or equivalent through experience

• Relevant work experience of 5-10 years

• Training period of several months

• Thorough knowledge of multiple, complex customer processes that encompass the entire organization

• Knowledge of solution architecture, current and specific software (including UML, available technologies, networks, databases, enterprise modelling,…)

• Basic knowledge of infrastructure

• Knowledge of the structure and of the internal (work) procedures of the organization

Problem solving

• Being able to offer a sufficient solution to the customer processes/needs, within the given architectural framework

• Being able to support ad hoc in escalations and analyzing technical complex problem situations introduced by management

• Is independent in developing/elaborating business solutions, within the framework of the given assignment

• Is bound by the architectural and organizational (company objectives and software) framework

• Calls on the manager in case of conflicts, and to obtain specific information for the development of projects

Languages

​​Knowledge of Dutch or French and English (oral and written)
