Are you an experienced project manager with a strong focus on supply chain development? Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Development Leader to join our world-class team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the global launch end-to-end supply chain strategy and design for new products. Responsibilities:

• Develop the global launch end-to-end supply chain strategy and design for new products, including API production, drug product production, packaging, distribution, and physical/financial flows.
• Build and lead teams to design the supply chain for new products or new markets, both within Johnson & Johnson and with external partners.
• Build strong partnerships and provide leadership to challenge and influence stakeholder requirements and optimize supply chain processes globally.
• Drive on-time execution of new product launches globally, collaborating with Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and CMC to drive successful launch execution in alignment with product strategy.
• Partner with J&J Deliver to manage distribution and import/export requirements.
• Communicates effectively across disciplines and companies to keep management and key stakeholders informed of project status, issues, conflicts, and mitigating actions as necessary.
• Leads development and deployment of standardized processes to improve supply chain design and launch execution. Contributes to development of departmental strategies. Leverages formal project management tools (e.g. FPX) in delivery of business objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of risk assessment and launch investment strategy, gaining approval from senior management.
• Potentially coach rotational positions or manage a small team of Supply Chain Development Project Managers and Launch & Project Specialists.
  
  

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required with a focus in Business, Pharma, Science/Engineering or other Technical Degrees preferred. Master’s or other advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience is required
• A minimum of 5 years supply chain experience is required
• Ability to build, and lead global complex cross-functional teams is required
• Knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulatory/compliance guidelines is required
• Ability to communicate effectively to international cross-functional stakeholders and senior management is required
• Proven experience in supply chain and project management, preferably in pharmaceutical supply chain development. New product introduction experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to confidently address and influence the needs of various parties involved.
• Excellent analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset is required.
• Demonstrating attention to detail without losing the high-level view is required.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and departments.
• Familiarity with formal project management tools, such as FPX.
• This role is located in Titusville, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Schaffhausen or Allschwil, Switzerland, Latina, Italy; and may require up to 10% of travel both internationally and domestically.
