As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our talented team.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to design and execute comprehensive test strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality assurance, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a strong background in test automation.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of product features and functionality.
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and debug issues, and work towards resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to assess system reliability and scalability.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in test engineering.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the test engineering team.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software test engineering, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Programming skills in languages such as Javascript, Python, or C#.
  • Extensive experience with test case management and defect tracking systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in IoT (internet of things) is a plus.
