The Senior Treasury Analyst will manage the daily operations of Aliaxis Finance in terms of cash management and FX hedging. She/he will process treasury documentation, bank accounts signatories, KYC, administrative support. She/he will be a support for systems implementation in terms of functional design data collection or UAT.

The role is based in Brussels, within our Global Headquarters.
Reporting into the EMEA Treasury Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing HQ cash management activities. Duties include:
• Efficient management of the EUR cash pools and weekly cash flow forecasts
• Management of the drawings on the RCF and short-term cash investment portfolio in accordance with internal investment guidelines
• Management of the US Private Placement interest and principal repayments
• Initiation and maintenance of appropriate inter-company loans and borrowings between Aliaxis Finance and Aliaxis affiliates
• Settlement and confirmation of deals and follow-up with stakeholders as required
• Daily reconciliation of treasury accounts and treasury transactions
• Identify and hedge foreign exchange exposure for Aliaxis Finance and select Aliaxis affiliates
• Yearly dividend processing
• Act as a coordinator for the netting system and perform the related hedging transactions
• Ensure all activities of Aliaxis Finance are accurately captured in the Treasury Management System
• Regular run of the accounting interface
• System administration for banking portals
• Manage banks KYC and FATCA requests for HQ entities
• Assist in acquisitions treasury integration
• Participate in the development and maintenance of business continuity plans
• Actively participate in Treasury related projects to improve the treasury and cash management operations carried out from the Brussels office
• Actively participate in the Technology transformation project: participate to design sessions, collect data, test data quality, participate in User Acceptance Tests
• Maintain documentation of Brussels Treasury processes updated at all times
• Over time, act as backup for the EMEA Treasury Manager

Requirements:

• Master degree (Business Administration, Finance, Audit or related field)
• 10+ years of overall finance experience
• 5+ years in treasury management for a MNC
• Extensive experience in capital markets and FX markets
• Significant experience in cash management/in-house bank
• Significant team management experience
• Track record of successful Treasury/Finance projects/systems design and implementations
• Experience in bank selection RFPs is a plus
• Banking experience is a plus
• Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus
• Experience in Finance ESG products is a plus
