Overview

TA Instruments (a division of Waters) is currently seeking a service Administrator to join us on a 1 year contract.

The role is based in Berchem and the reason for the vacancy is to provide admin and clerical support to our busy service devision across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics, Benelux).

It will report to our Europe North Division TA Manager

Responsibilities

To be sucessful in this role we need you to be the following;
  • Respond to phone calls, email, distributing to the appropriate recipient.
  • Proficient in the utilising of the company CRM systems.
  • Produce, monitor and follow up on technical enquiry forms for the service engineers and applications scientist.
  • Produce quotations for existing and new service contracts.
  • Deliver timely and efficient customer service administration and support in liaison with the engineers.

Qualifications
  • Certificate from college or technical school (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance.
