Service Manager

Our Belgium based clients are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join their successful team.

The Role

  • Overseeing the implementation and operation of the Service Desk
  • Service Requests, Information Requests, and Incidents
  • Change Management/ Implementation, and maintenance of Service Level Management
  • Software/system upgrades, installation of hotfixes,
  • Monitoring service delivery, and supporting user trainings
  • Organizing troubleshooting meetings, participating in IT crisis management meetings, and producing Post-Incident Reports.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and users.
  • Monitoring, and compliance.

Key Skills Required

  • Confident in handling Service Requests, Information Requests, and Incidents.
  • Ability to report on SMT Tickets handling/resolution by contractors
  • Expertise in Business Continuity and Incident Management
  • Experience in Specialized experience in functional and Conformance Testing, SLA
  • Proficiency in, overseeing the implementation and operations and Service Desk, monitoring service delivery, and supporting user trainings
  • Expertise level knowledge in Business Continuity and Incident Management
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Extensive experience in functional and Conformance Testing, SLA monitoring, and compliance

Languages:

  • English and French.
  • English proficiency (oral/written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
