We are currently looking for a ServiceNow expert to join our client, a global leading IT consultancy, end client based in Zaventem.

Hybrid working is okay and can be flexible.

Project Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow expert to reinforce the SN Competency Centre and help to setup and operate the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID servers) and the ITSM application
  • Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
  • Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
  • Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases
  • Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests

Competences

  • ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes)
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Experience with ITSM tools

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge and certifications in ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, ...)
  • Experience with Web services (Xml/Soap/Rest)
  • Basic knowledge of Java scripting (for light customization purpose)
