Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Location: Belgium (Fully Remote)

Duration:4 Months- High possibility of extension

Day Rate: DOE


A client of Alldus based in Belgium is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a 4-month contract. This is an immediate requirement for someone with the relevant skills necessary to complete the role of a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist which are due to follow. Although this is an initial 4-month contract there is a high chance of extension.


Day-to-day duties:

  • Designing and configuring ServiceNow Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM etc)
  • Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes
  • Coordinate with your respective Product System Administrator counterpart and/or Platform System Administrator (if applicable) and assist when new ServiceNow patches/releases are applied to instances
  • Providing ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: data imports and software integrations
  • Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues focusing on specific products (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)
Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows and catalog requests.
  • Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Implementor or similar responsibility
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions including coding
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal Widget Technology
  • Integration experience with specific Product system like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Watson, etc.,
  • French Fluency
  • Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
  • Working knowledge of relational databases

The “Ideal” Candidate

  • Fluent in French
  • Expertise implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow preferred
  • Available to work immediately
  • Web Services integration experience
