At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a Site Agent/Floor Managers to work on a hyperscale datacentre project based in the Mons area of Belgium. You will have your areas to oversee, managing logistics of the floor, controlling the materials coming in etc.

This role will be a fixed term contract with accommodation, car and flights provided as well as other benefits.

Your day to day will include:

  • Set, monitor, and enforce the standards of safety, and exemplary quality of work
  • Supervising construction activities, organising workers plant, machinery and materials
  • Communicating project progress to key stakeholders, such as the client, architects, engineers
  • Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel within your area from logistics, to through to materials required.
  • Overseeing sub contractors
  • Assume a leadership role on site with regard to the work being carried out in your area and by following & implementing the site safety plan & rules
  • Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents and take action as appropriate
  • Plan labour & material resources required for the area
  • Previous experience with either MEP packages or CSA packages
  • Check all materials before install to ensure they are fit for use & comply with the project specifications
  • Assist in ensuring systems are handed over to the client

What we are looking for:

  • Detailed knowledge of CSA or MEP Packages
  • Commercial understanding
  • Health, Safety and Environmental systems
  • EU Passport Holder
