ELEVEN SPORTS is looking for an experienced Social Media and Digital Content Manager for its Belgian headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Eleven Sports has established itself as the most engaging sports brand on social media in Belgium. In order to continue innovating and growing Eleven Sports as the best destination for sports fans on social media, we are looking for an experienced Social Media and Digital Content Manager with a strong passion for sports and fans.

You will lead our social media team and take responsibility for the day-to-day social media and digital content strategy and execution of all digital postings. You will have the chance to grow together with our young and global brand and become part of a dynamic and highly motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the social media team: planning, feedback, daily meetings, brainstorms, …
• Drawing, executing and adjusting the digital content strategy.
• Create an evolving digital content calendar based on the marketing and editorial planning, making fans excited about the live broadcasts on Eleven Sports.
• Ensure proper integration of sponsored content & brand partnerships on Eleven digital channels.
• Manage and publish social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
• Keep track of the latest trends on social media and be the driver of digital content innovation at Eleven.
• Liaison between editorial-, social-, OTT- and marketing team to ensure the 360° content approach and to have content published for all digital content platforms.
• Provide live clippings of our live games during evenings and weekends.
• Engage and monitor communities to identify new, relevant influencers.
• Create and initiate new digital formats.
• Create a weekly and monthly reporting document.
• Represent the brand and respect the tone of voice of the company.

Jouw profiel

Skills And Experience

• 3+ year social media and digital content management experience
• Degree in communications, marketing or journalism
• Excellent knowledge of (international) football and a wide interest for other sports
• Thorough understanding of the different social media, digital channel trends and developments
• Excellent French and/or Dutch + English writing skills
• Basic skills Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Première or After Effects are a plus.
• Leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills to bridge between marketing and editorial team
