Technische competenties:
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt reeds eeen eerste werkervaring achter de rug en bent toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging.
  • Je kan goed werken met Excel
  • Een eerste werkervaring met SAP is een plus
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels

Ausy Engineering is op zoek naar een extra collega om het aankoopteam bij onze klant te versterken.


Tasks as Plant coordinator include:

  • Reporting to the Business Sourcing organization, working closely with Plant Management Teams to help create and implement category strategies inline with the plant operating plans.
  • Resolve and communicating supplier management issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Support Year-over-Year cost savings and lead plant related projects, as well as initiatives that have a high value and broad implication to the corporation.
  • Support internal clients across all plant activities to adopt the integration of sourcing guidelines into business requirements.
  • As directed by BSM, support BG vital few, coordinate supplier performance improvement initiatives to 3M in areas such as technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost (TQRDC).
  • Manage Supplier related Complaints (SCAR) support and escalation.
  • Escalation point for supply issues and communication and further escalation to key stakeholders (Plant, Sourcing, Quality etc)
  • Support plant KPI’s (VCI, SOTIF, Payment terms etc.)
  • Lead, execute, coordinate and support cross-functional projects as assigned .
  • Build strong plant relationship and act as a plant contact for the business / function teams.
  • React as PSO for plant related “C” supplier topics, mainly “C” suppliers on a reactionary basis
  • TQRDC coordinator for the assigned plants
  • Contributes to the plant hopper and best practice sessions
  • Support fulfillment of business specific needs, e.g. audit requirements.
