YOUR MISSION

As a Staffing manager, you will lead the Staffing team in charge of the recruitment process for our Trasys international activity and you will recruit top IT talents accross the European Union. The team is composed of 5 Talent acquisition specialists based in Belgium, Italy and in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities will be to :

• Be a people manager that is able to motivate and coach a highly effective team of recruiters
• Drive team’s KPI achievement to comply with business expectations by analyzing performance reports, implement corrective actions if needed
• Recruit top IT talent for our clients, the European Institutions, for any location within Europe
  • Identifying and attracting talented people
  • Managing the recruitment process
• Lead HR projects such as the opening of new nearshore locations within Europe, employer branding strategy, international job fair planning, network- and onboarding events, and much more
• Identifying, negotiating and managing partner agreements and assessing quality of provided services.

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for a dynamic new colleague who is able to take ownership on our hiring needs. Ideally, you are...

• Experienced in team leading : performance review, coaching
• Experienced in IT recruitment for European Institutions framework contracts
• Handy with languages and fluent in at least English and one other European language
• Passionate about people and able to build qualitative and long lasting relationships with people from around the world
• Stress-resistant and assertive to deal with a high-pressure and rapidly changing environment
• Organised and punctual in order to keep up with a multitude of assignments, information, clients and processes
• Having a great sense of responsibility; being conscious that we recruit mainly expats and thus people’s lives are largely impacted; knowing when to be emphatic and to give support
• In possession of a driving licence B.
