Then join us for an internship @ the Digital Working & Change squad, that is the bridge between our IT specialists and other colleagues/departments in the bank
Your future stage:
- Collaborate with your colleagues in a team via the Agile way of working (via Sprints, Kanban, Retro’s, Demo’s)
- Learn and analyse the new digital tools in the bank, in order to help other departments adopt the ever evolving tools and use them efficiently
- Assist in delivering useful, comprehensive explanation of digital tools in an autonomous & self disciplined way to our clients
- Fine tune communication, translating digital & IT related issues in a very comprehensible way towards non-IT colleagues
- Draft communication in EN/NL or FR for internal websites & other media-channels
- Your tasks will be prioritised by the squad’s Product owner & you’ll be coached by the squad’s Scrum Master & your team colleagues.
Play your trump cards!
- Studying for a master degree
- Affinity with IT & digital tools, Microsoft O365
- Good knowledge of 2 languages, FR or NL & ENG, willing to improve the 3rd one (NL or FR)
- Team player, strong social skills, open to feedback, able to work autonomously
- Good redactional skills, strong in communication and attention for details
- Nice to have: fast learner, maximizer, organised and disciplined
